How do the first 200 free orders work?+
Each store receives a one-time allowance of 200 eligible marketplace orders. It doesn’t reset each month. Reaching the allowance does not automatically upgrade your account or charge you.
What counts as an order?+
Eligible marketplace orders processed for your connected store count toward usage. Your account’s plan and usage details show the recorded allowance and billing terms.
What happens when I go over my monthly allowance?+
Additional eligible orders are charged at your plan’s per-order rate: $0.20 on Growth, $0.10 on Scale, or $0.05 on Pro, within the usage limit you approve.
Can I choose a paid plan before using the free allowance?+
Yes. The monthly base fee starts when you approve the paid plan, even if free orders remain. The calculator shows paid-month estimates without the introductory allowance.
How is billing handled?+
Shopify App Store subscriptions are billed through Shopify. You review and approve the applicable plan and usage terms before paid billing begins.
